If by similar you mean they are both slabs with a glass screen on one side and three cameras of the back, then yes they are similar, but then so does every other phone.

Apart from that they look completely different to me.

Phones are like cars now. Almost all vehicle designs are nearly identical to each other

I mean Samsung and Google always make fun of Apple, to then copy to the letter the same changes next year. So.... probably? As usual?

The look very similar!

Legally this has all been settled.

Apple sued Samsung for copying them and Apple sued Google for copying iOS with Android. That was 2010-2011.

It was all settled by 2018.

So what then?

What is the issue here?

Well yeah lol, it was expected.

Apple went with the flat shiny sides for their 12 Pro series and Samsung did the same with a slight curve instead of completely flat sides with their S22?

Apple is Coca-Cola and Samsung is Pepsi

They both ( much like other competing manufacturers across industries ) copy each other!

The only ones who get their drawers in a wad are mindless fanboys.

Corporations don't give a damn as long as they get your money.
