As it is, press the +, select More then select Send Later - that's 3 non-intuitive clicks to get it done.

There is important to note as was said somewhere it is not schedulled messages but schedulled iMessages.No it’s not in this beta
It most certainly is in this beta. You use the plus sign, as indicated. On mine, Send Later was below the “crease” in the plus menu. Stupid move by Apple, if you ask me, to bury it like that. I also filed feedback to make this a Long Press of the send buttonNo it’s not in this beta
