Is Screen Spanning Doctor reinstall needed.

Im planning on reinstalling OS X 10.4 sometime really soon, ive used Screen Spanning Doctor to be able to utilise my hdtv as a second monitor purely to view videos on, will it be necesary for me to reinstall Screen Spanning Doctor after ive reinstalled the OS as ive heard that it modifies the firmware so not to sure if its needed and or safe to to run it again.

No, a reinstall of the hack is not needed. It modifies the firmware, which a normal OS X reinstall won't touch.
