Is Starcraft 2 out?

Isn't Nov. 1, 2010 also the rumoured date for the next WoW expansion. With that said, if Blizz is saying that's the date I think we can expect early 2011 then. The seem to be later than expected, but it usually means it wont be as buggy.

Starcraft 2 will come out Q1 2010 so think Jan-Mar somewhere. It is going to be released in 3 segments- Terrans, Protoss, Zerg. I think Nov. 2010 is way too far away for first release. I found tis info at IGN:
