You still have to email the document out of productivity apps, like Pages, but you email them directly into the sugarsync cloud. Which is then auto-sync'd onto your iPad.
What I like most of all is that they seem to recognize the existing limitations and claim to have approached Apple about making the process better... Hopefully more good things to come.
Anyway, have to try this one as well as Air Sharing and Goodreader...
