Is the App Store down?

I've tried downloading both free and paid apps today, and get a error messages:

"Authorization Failed. Please connect to iTunes."
and
"Cannot retrieve download information. Please connect with iTunes."

I tried downloading an app from within iTunes, and also got an error message:

"Could not purchase 'TwitterFon'. An unknown error has occurred. (-4). There was an error in the iTunes store. Please try again later."

This has been happening for the past 30 minutes or so. This also happens if I try to update an existing app.

Anyone else having issues? I've tried rebooting the iPhone, re-launching iTunes, syncing, etc...still no go.

I'm having the same, have tried with Mac and iPhone.

Mine is fine

I'm on my iPhone and my app store works.

It does appear to be working again, but I wasn't able to access for about 5 hours
