When Apple released iOS 10 , I wasn't able to see the number of charges cycles on my iPhone . Is it possible to see the number of charges on iOS 11?

I believe so, but most apps removed the functionality because of iOS 10 no longer supporting it. So any app I try to download no longer even shows a cycle count area. Older apps that have not been updated don't show count history for iOS 11.

Your best bet is to use macOS, install app called Coconut Battery and connect to it using lightning USB cable. It will tell you the exact state of your battery including the charge cycles and actual capacity compared to it’s rated capacity.
