Is the C2D MacBook Pro GPU underclocked?

Does anyone know if the GPU in the C2D MBPs is underclocked?
If yes... Does anyone have any feedback on using ATITool?

It is barely underclocked now. I don't remember the difference, but it's like maybe 10% underclocked or so. IMHO it's not worth mucking about with ATITool, particularly if you have no other reason at all to use Boot Camp.
