I have been carrying 2 phones, one for my business (Note 5) , and one for my personal number (iPhone 6 plus). I really tired of juggling 2 phones, and after using the Note 5 for 3 months, I really do prefer it over the iPhone. If only I could have one phone for both numbers...

I have a couple questions for those that know...

I'm on Verizon, which is CDMA. A Verizon rep told me that as long as it was nano sim, I could use an unlocked or international version here in the US with my current sim cards. She said I wouldn't have LTE, but otherwise should work fine. Is this true? Because Ive read differently elsewhere.

I use texting a lot to receive work from my clients, and my business texts get mixed in with my personal texts, and I'd really like to separate them. Would it be possible to use two separate messaging apps to separate business from personal? I use Verizon messaging app exclusively, but would use the stock Samsung app for personal number use if I could do this.

Thanks for any help!

I cannot comment on Verzion compatibility but you will need to find a message app that will segregate or filter the sms, the stock app by Samsung on my S6 Duos always uses a combined view and you get a warning of compatibility issues when you add another sms app, which may or may not be true.

Thanks, I'm currently reactivating my personal phone and will let all my friends know I'm back on that number. My texts are out of control and I'm missing work because of it.

I would really like to have a dual sim phone that fits my needs if anyone else can confirm the above questions. Thanks
