i'm sorry but im pretty sure you cant. the chips are soldered to the main board and cannot be removed.

im not entirely sure this is true. a while ago i researched into replacing my GPU in my 2007 Graphite iMac, it was replaceable.. but the options were limited and VERY expensive.
