is every country using the plug that looks like US version 🔌?

Emojis are universal and not country/region specific. The only difference in graphical representation is between operating systems. You can see all of them HERE

It's interesting that Facebook chose (like some others) to split the difference between the North American style and the "Type C" more rounded prongs.
 
I just thought it was interesting to explore the possibility since some companies have different emoji available based on what region you are in.

really nice catch.

since emoji (at least on iOS) now provide a way to refine many face based emoji to reflect different skin/hair colours, it seems possible for at least apple's iOS emoji implementation to provide for iOS/macOS users a range of 4 or 5 plug shapes in the same simple way that we choose those skin/hair colours.
even if the way that the chosen plug shape on iOS ends up being the same standard emoji plug shape on non-iOS devices.
