iPhone Is the latest JB ready for noobs like me?

I did my first JB ever on my iPhone 5 running 6.0.2. I'm definitely a noob, but I had no problems whatsoever following the step-by-step instructions to do the JB, and I had no problem getting and running a few tweaks like Activator.

I eventually gave it up for iOS7, and now I'm ready to JB again if it's as easy and reliable as the last one.

It's been pretty smooth and easy for me and I've so far done my ipod5g, iphone 5s(wifes too), and iphone 4, still have to do the iphone 4s and ipad 3. But they are all getting done.

Activator, NCSettings/SBsettings, some kind of tethering tweak. That's about it....my needs are simple.

NCSettings/SBSettings can be replaced by Control Center tweaks (until they get updated, if they do)

TetherMe, MyWi, and supposedly PDAnet (I'm hearing mixed results on this one) are updated

But you understand what I was asking....is the current jailbreak as easy to install as the last one, and are most of the standard and popular tweaks ready to go for my iPhone 5 without skills beyond a noob's?

Yes its as easy. Just go to the evad3rs site and download it.

Let cydia update.
Install Cydia Substrate.

Their are threads on here stating what tweaks are fine.

it was mostly the guys on the 5s , A7 chipset that had to wait for the 64arm bit being updated in the tweaks. The devs are getting on top of this now.
