Howdy friends.

I want to upgrade my 2014 mac mini from pure HDD to PCIE SSD+HDD.

There are no problems in buying a PCIE cable. However a PCIE SSD for mac mini is not easy to find. Because the interface of the mac PCIE SSD is very special. Besides, untill now there are no adaptor cards which can convert general PCIE SSDs into apple interface.

I can find some PCI SSDs teared down from mac mini and imac, but they are only 128G or 24G.
I notice that mac pro is also using PCIE SSDs, and these SSDs have larger capacities, like 512G, or even 1TB.

So, I wonder, are the mac pro PCIE SSDs compatible with the 2014 mac mini?

Thanks a lot!
