estabya macrumors 6502a Jun 28, 2014 693 731 Apr 20, 2017 #2 It should be OK, but Macs can be picky about RAM. Assuming it isn't certified for Apple machines the only way to find out is pop it in. I am fairly confident it will be fine though.
