Is the Skype app just constantly updating for anyone else?

All throughout today the Skype app for iPhone has shown up as an "Update" in the App Store. But when I update it, it just shows up again as an Update in the App Store. I must have updated it 10 times today but it still shows as there's an Update available.

Deleting and reinstall doesn't fix this.

I've also had this happen with the Skype app before.

It looks like a lot of others may have this problem as well.

There are some weird changes that occur to the circular icon at the top of the screen periodically; perhaps those give some idea of connection status? The stupid "tutorial" video and screens are just dumb and useless. Sigh.

This was an App Store problem with some apps a few weeks ago, but seems to have been resolved since then.
