I want to know if is a big difference that can be notice from :

and
MBP with 2G RAM & MBP with 4 G RAM

please help me:
I want to know if I want to upgrade my MBP or not..

If you are asking if you will see a noted improvement by upgrading to 7200rpm HDD and 4Gb RAM? It totally depends on what kind of applications you are using. But overall yes, there may be a slight improvement in performance by performing these upgrades. :)

It depends what you're using your mbp for. If you use a lot of memory intensive applications and do multi-tasking a lot, then you would see an improvement. If you're just using firefox or itunes and not even reaching the limit of 2gb, then you would see no improvement whatsoever because the extra ram is just sitting in idle. If the applications that you use access the hard drive constantly, then you would notice a difference between 5400 rpm and 7200 rpm. If not, the difference would be minimal.
I would suggest you getting the 160gb 7200rpm drive first if you think you need it, and then upgrade the ram yourself later on if you found out that you need it. It's cheaper that way and ram is a user-replaceable part on the mbp (IIRC).

I just use Safari and Adium and Skype and itunes .
SO I think I will just upgrade the Hard drive

Someone correct me if i'm wrong, but I don't think Skype, Adium and Safari access the hard drive at all. Faster hard drive will probably give you faster start up time, but nothing significant besides that.

ram will let you use more applications at once or large applications more intensively with less slow-down. Apps like adium and mail use very little ram, less than 50 usually. I'm not certain that 2 -> 4 gigs will matter if all you use is simple apps.

hd speed will make the apps start faster the first time they are launched basically..and if your working with huge files like HD video it will help b\c they are to big for the ram

hd size will let you hold more files on your computer

RAM before HD IMHO as I noticed a huge jump from 1gig to 2gig.

The RAM is a lot cheaper if you just do it yourself, I would suggest that.
