MBP 1,1-10,2 is ther a build of Cemu for Mavericks?

They asked for Citra in that thread. Cemu is a Wii U emulator 🙂
I think the you'd find few Mavericks machines capable of emulating the Wii U at full speed though.

Cemu isn't happening sadly, macOS's version of OpenGL is too old and Mavericks doesn't have Metal, which means no MoltenVK.
Dolphin and Citra work on Mavericks because they support OpenGL on macOS. Conveniently for us (and to the great frustration of people on modern operating systems), Apple hasn't updated OpenGL since Mavericks, so it all still works.
