Risking having this post moved to another forum. I have to burn some DVDs. I used to use Toast, way back with Toast 9. Does QT do this? I'm on a new 2019 Mac Pro. Catalina of course. It seems that there should be a built in DVD burner other than FCPX. I can upgrade to Roast 18 for $50, but I don't need anything real fancy I don't think. I have an external DVD burner. I just need the software.

Perfect. Yeah, I forgot about this. I ended up buying Roxio burning software, but yeah. The Mac Pro doesn't have a CD/DVD drive any more, but yes. I've done this before. Thank you!

I have not checked in a long time but fairly sure as of Mojave Finder did burn DVD. Insert blank media and Finder should ask what you want to do with it.
