No there is not. Last jailbreak was for iOS 10.2 devices except iPhone 7 which was for iOS 10.1.1
At this point it probably doesn't matter. Most likely the next jailbreak won't be until iOS 11 is released.
Yes. It has been in a perpetual beta state, but does work with some terminal commands and other workarounds. There is a thread in this forum all about it.
Couldn't tell you. No experience with the 10.2 jb. But I'm sure the 10.2 jb is more stable with all the beta releases it has had.
Unfortunately, not even close......10.2 jailbreak is rock stable. My iPhone 6 is flying with it, no problem whatsoever.
Good luck. I got a 64GB SE delivered last week that has 10.2.1 on it. I got the 64GB since it was last years release.
It came with 10.2.1 which can't be jailbroken. The phone was out last year. It's a 64GB Which they've now replaced with 32/128GB Versions.
