iPhone Is there a Cydia tweak that can fix this?

Ok so Ill open safari, look at something, scroll down while reading something then click home button, go to home screen etc etc. 2 minutes later Ill go back to safari and whatever I was reading will refresh and go back to the top of the webpage.

Anything that can fix this?

I don't think there is, safari refreshes to free memory. If would be a lot of cache to store pages
