Has there been any word or hints regarding when Apple is going to sell refurbished iPhone 7's? Apple started selling refurbished iphone 6s' around Nov 8, 2016, so hopefully they will do the same with the 7.

There is no indication or real-time pattern. However, MacRumors will report it when does become available. It's likely depending on when they have enough available stock to sell the units as refurbished.
