if somebody can link me to a page where it goes into detail on QuickType and the ability for iOS to remember typed words.

Sometimes usernames show up in QuickType and I wanna know if it's recorded and logged there forever or if it's temporary and gets deleted over time. I want to know for security reasons.

And when you type a word repeatedly, the word will show up on the QuickType suggestions. And I wanna know the details on how these all work

You can always remove the words that you have added to QuickType:
Settings/General/Reset - then Reset Keyboard Dictionary
That removes ALL the words and names that you have typed in the past, or made changes to the spelling.

Apple's native keyboard kind of stinks for removing dictionary entries compared to Swiftkey. In Swiftkey you just tap and old the suggested word and it removes it right from there.
