I just jailbroke my iphone, and I'm looking for somthing to fix my most annoying issue with my phone.

I currently have this bluetooth adapter in my car to connect my phone to my radio:

http://www.amazon.com/Bluetooth-Rec...id=1360072741&sr=8-2&keywords=iwave+bluetooth

Everytime I get in the car I have to go to settings, bluetooth, and then pick I-Wave to connect to it, is there any app that can connect automatically is bluetooth is enabled?

Get NCSettings.

Then go to settings, notification centre and make sure NCSettings is allowed to be in notifications. Go to NCSettings in settings menu and click toggles. Here is where you can select what short cuts you want available, your after bluetooth. Go to home screen, swipe from top to center and walahahah! You have your bluetooth shortcut.

Or... With NCSettings, get Dashboard X too. While on your home screen, hold to get the icons to jiggle in move mode, then in a blank area hold your finger and then select NCSettings when the menu pops up. This adds a widgit, specifically a bluetooth one that you want. Its basically a bluetooth shortcut button that looks cool.

theres my widgit on my home screen, it also has wifi, 3g and data. So i can conserve battery by turning them off. When i scroll accross on the widgit, its also got flashlight, brightness and location on/off. You can select which ones you have in this widgit by editing the order in NCSettings on settings menu prior to creating widgit.

I have ncsetting, and its great for turning bluetooth on and off but I'm looking for somthing that will automatically connect to the device I have in my car, right now I have to manually go into setting and connect to it each time I get in the car

I have a Bluetooth adapter in my car as well. I use it to play music from my iPhone. Have you tried pressing all the buttons on the adapter itself while your phone (with Bluetooth on) is near? This may just be my adapter, but:

I don't ever connect to it through Settings, nor have I ever needed a tweak to do so. I just press the "pairing" button on the Bluetooth adapter, and it immediately reaches out to my phone and pairs.

The adapter has to have some sort of button you pressed/held to link it to your phone in the first place... try pressing that?

The adapter has no buttons, it plugs into the end of the old dock connector and has and led, thats it, I've read on its Amazon review that other people could not get it to connect automatically,

I think the plist edit sounds like the way to fix it, I just don't know whick key in the file needs changed

Just saw BluSelect in the Recent Changes tab of Cydia. Seems to be exactly what you need... Allows connection to a device with an activator function.
