iPhone Is there a JB tweak that fixes the wallpaper?

I miss being able to size wallpaper pics to fit the screen of my 5S. It doesn't seem like Apple is in any hurry to fix this.

Is there a tweak available that allows me to apply my pics as wallpaper in the way I want?

Wallax - This has lot of other options like blur, gradient etc in addition to resize options.

I have been using Background Optimizeer from the Apple AppStore. It is free and works like a charm
