No since Apple has nothing to do with the transaction itself.....your bank decides on that

Yeah, before I requested that amount (to buy a car) the limit was $5000 they said it was to protect from fraudulent charges.

Petty u cannot a have "daily limit" on your credit card just like u can with personal accounts, although it should extent do withdrawals, not just transfers between accounts.
