The 520 is $99 from AT&T unsubsidized. It's meant to be a go phone but it doesn't have to be activated. GPS will work as long as the SIM is in and it has a micro SD card slot so for an extra $50 you have a 64GB+ PMP... with no apps. j/k I kid I kid.
