When you are using Windows XP Boot Camp puts an icon on your task tray giving you the quick option of restarting and booting in Mac OSX. Is there something simple like this in Mac? I know theres the Option Key or I can go to System Preferences -> Startup Disk -> Windows and restart, but I am looking for something simple like a Desktop Icon that I can click and just quickly and simply restart in Windows. Anything I can do?

You need to change the name of the partition (if you haven't already) in windows to "Windows". This is how the program finds the partition to load so it is necessary.

After that get QuickBoot 1.0.2 here http://buttered-cat.com/products/view/quickboot yes I know "buttered Cat" but it is an awesome program and the programmer is very nice and answers his emails VERY fast if you have any issues. After that you just click the program and the rest is self explanatory.

Let me repeat you have to change the name of the partition IN WINDOWS to "Windows", not in mac, it won't let you.
