Is there a Radio Off type program?

I had a Palm Treo prior to my 3GS that let me set an on and off time for the Phone, and internet so you could shut those services off and on automatically to save battery and turn phone off during sleep hours. Anyone know of an iPhone program that does something similair? I am not JBing my phone, so I would like an App Store app.

Not possible under the SDK rules, so its jailbreak or bust.
