Nine times out of ten, when I wake my Imac from sleep, I get a notification that Safari stopped my shut-down (?) and then a second one asking if I'm sure I want to close the open Safari windows. Also, if Itunes was open when I put the machine to sleep, it's almost always closed when I wake it up. Would anyone know why this is happening?

If you have multiple windows/tabs, a pop up message comes up telling you, and if you don't click close it will stop shut down, as it wants to make sure you know you are closing multiple tabs/windows. You can turn it off I think.

I know that, my point is that I didn't try to close any windows in Safari, but when waking from sleep, the software is responding as if I had.
