I am having some major color distortion on the photos that I take with the built in camera on my new imac. Is there any settings that will possibly fix this? I think it will help quite a bit if I could turn off the flash.

Yea was wondering the same thing, because the backlight from the imac causes a white wash sometimes. Also, when using it as a webcam, when I try to hold stuff up to the camera so someone can see it more clearly, it has a whitewash to it on the bottom.

A program to manually adjust the brightness or something world work for the webcam useage but it can't stop the screen from flashing when taking an picture.
