Is there a SIMPLE and easy way to run iOS apps on Mac? Sierra 10.12.6

nope. IOS apps are coded for different hardware.

No, but with Mojave (10.14), Apple is supporting API that allow iOS app makers to relatively easily compile macOS versions of apps. The Beta release of Mojave includes several Apple iOS apps on the Mac, Stocks, News, Voice Memos and Home. Surely we can expect more as iOS app makers look to expand their market reach.
