Is there a touchbar program for sidecar?

I thought the Touch Bar was a good idea, I know a lot didn’t.

With the new MacBook’s and iMac is there a program maybe that can simulate this using sidecar. Maybe an app on iPhone or iPad?

I know there was a program to modify the actual Touch Bar on MBP and was good to expand on what Apple had.

Apple support says you get Touchbar on the iPad’s screen even if the Mac doesn’t have it.
