Is there a tweak for iOS 10 to hide a status bar but unhide it when listening to music?

Hi, I think the title say it most of it. I know that you can hide the status bar with LockHTML4 but problem is that I have to unlock my phone everytime when I want to look at time when I'm listening to music. I know there's a tweak like Wink but it doesn't work on iOS 10.
