iPhone Is there a tweak that puts shortcuts to webpages, on your home screen?

Hi all,
I seem to remember that there was a tweak that allowed you to save webpage shortcuts, on your home screen, next to regular apps, In this case, all you'd need to do to open the webpage is tap on it's shortcut "app" on the homscreen, and that page would automatically open in Safari.
Does anyone remember the name of this tweak? Did it only exist in my mind?

This is a built in functionality that has existed since iOS 1.1.3.
