Is there a way to backup all your third-party apps and SMB themes

Sorry if this was already answered, I looked but didn't find anything like my question. I don't know about how well your apps work on your phone but for me once in a while i download a new app just cuz i like download new apps and check them out. And my phone freezes or becomes very slow and unresponsive. Even after a reboot it still keeps acting this way, so there's no other choice but to restore and jailbreak via iJailBreak. But the worst thing about it is now I have to install all those good working apps and themes for SMB and Customize. Is there any way to backup everything?

I haven't come across anything like that yet, and I've also been looking. Maybe a good hint for all the developers?

there kinda is a way by using ssh and backing up ur apps folder

I don't think they will show up on the 'Board if you just drag and drop? Or if they do, you can't uninstall it or upgrade it via Installer.
