Is there a way to center the menu bar? And by menu bar I mean the menus that are in the upper left corner of the screen, i.e. the Apple logo, File, Edit, View, Etc. I have an ultra wide screen monitor and would be easier if these options were in the center of the screen rather than on the left.

Not natively in macOS.
You could check out what Bartender can do.
I've never used it myself. Maybe it will let you create and move a secondary menu bar.

Many of the commands available in the menus are also available through keyboard shortcuts.
That might help you find a way to do what you need to do in the menus, without needing to "drop" a menu --- at least, most of the time.

Bartender do nothing with the left menus. It hides or shows whatever icons you have to the right.
