Is there a way to change language in the mail app without changing system language?

I'm from Denmark and keep my system language in Danish. When I reply to emails with the Mail app, it makes that blue text that says something like "On the 9th of December, X wrote:" - except, it writes this text in Danish.

Is it possible to change the language in the Mail app so this text is written in English without having to change the entire system language?
