Is there a way to copy Safari and Chrome plugins from one Mac to another?

I just got a new MBP today (finally! After having MBA since 2012, this feels amazing!). I'm doing a fresh install (no Time Machine) and am in the middle of setting everything up. In my Safari on the old MBA, I had quite a few plugins installed. Is there an easy way to copy them over from the old to the new Mac? I can't find out where they are stored.


NOTE: The title also says "Chrome", but I just found out that Chrome syncs all plugins through the cloud, which is awesome. Apple should do this
