Is there a way to delete stock photo in multitask pane?

So everytime I bring up multitasking, I always see the number of the woman who hit me with her car, I've tried to search on the net but the thing seems not solve, is there a way to update this stock photo?? Seeing her number in my multitasking triggers me always.. (iOS v. 9.3.x)

This persists even if you reboot your phone, write something else in the phone app, and/or remove it from the app switcher?

rebooted it, hard reset (with power homebutton) , tried also to kill from app switcher, no results
