SSIA...but I used to use the ability to move the cursor by pushing down on the keyboard and moving my finger frequently. That feature seems to have been replaced in iOS 13 with QuickPath. Does anyone know if there is a way to disable QuickPath and re-enable the ability to move the cursor by pressing on the keyboard?

Long-press the Spacebar should allow you to move the cursor.. it works on my iPad Air 3 and iPhone XR.
 
If you have 3D Touch the function is still here. Too bad they've removed the magnifier to precisely select things like it was on iOS 12

Yeah, I don't quite understand the removal of the magnifier for better (or often even just visible) cursor placement.
