Is there a way to get rid of scratches on the glass display?

Is there any way (e.g. polishing paste or sticky adhesive) to reduce visible scratches on the front of the iPhone? I just caused one, no idea how, right in the middle of the display, which is really annoying.

Im not sure but I have the same problem. What really annoys me is that I had the first gen Iphone for two years, and it has maybe 2 scratches on it total and never had a case or a screen protector or anything for it.

This one scratched within 3 days, doing the same things I had always done.

I got a skin from bestskinsever and hopefully am done scratching it up.
