Sorry for my ignorance, but is it possible to have all of my photos in iCloud and not just some of them. As I understand it when you select "optimize storage" in photos preferences, that just stores the high res photos in the cloud to save room. Is there an option to store all photos. I'm thinking of getting an iPad air 64GB but the amount of photos I have would be too much for that so I was trying to see if I could store all of them in iCloud or if there was a better solution. Thanks!

“Optimize Storage” does store all your photos in full quality in the cloud instead of on your device. When you need a particular photo it will download the full version on demand. This saves space and would work for your new iPad Air. I have used this for years and works great for saving space on a device.

Thank you very much!
