As the title states, is there a way to hide the Newstand? (put it in a folder)

I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 (iOS 6.1)

FolderEnhancer I do believe. I haven't had a chance to install it yet on my phone since jailbreaking 6.1. I can install it in a little bit when I get a chance to confirm this for you. I'm almost positive it will place it in a folder. Springtomize can straight up hide it. I think SBsettings and Poof can hide it too. Not sure if Poof is 6.1 compatible yet.

NoNewsIsGoodNews (free, Cydia) works, but kills geotagging in some apps like Instagram.

You can also hide it using Springtomize under the Icons submenu, or you could pop it into a folder if you have FolderEnhancer.
