Is there a way to make FaceTime to be more like zoom?

When you used the group option for FaceTime the different videos move around and grow & shrink, and it’s very disconcerting. Is there a way to shut this off & have the windows steady & not changing size? More like zoom?

Download Zoom.
Rename it "FaceTime".

I hope Apple is taking notes about Zoom and that Facebook Portal thing. Add FaceTime to the AppleTV (maybe using the iPhone camera)and add the ability to turn off the annoying floating chat windows.
