I took pictures in square mode and I'm making PDF out of it but I see large white blank space between the square images and wondering if there was a way to get rid of them from the start instead of having to crop it out after the fact.

If that's not possible, it would help if the blank white space is black instead of white.

I was using just right click on several images and made PDF from there but any method would do

Interesting. It seems to be using some sort of default page size in order to do this. I'm not sure where you would change that, but my first guess would be somewhere in Preview.

Does your use case really require creating a PDF of just the images? Because it's usually just something that people do when they want to send someone a single file with a bunch of images, which could easily be just an archive, or even the bare images as email attachments.

Also when I do the same thing you did (select a bunch of images, make PDF) it creates a PDF with a single image on every page, fitted to size. Are you sure the white blank space is not just the rest of the page?
