I live in the Middle east

Is there a way to pre order / online order an iPhone 7 and have it delivered in the Middle East (Dubai - UAE /OR/ Muscat - Oman )

I just checked the apple.com site. They are selling the 6s as on date (05th Sep 2016, 9.35 A.M. GMT, 2.35 a.m. PST)

You will need a local address in the US. You can use a frieght forwarder like Aramex to obtain a local address in the US and then ship the iPhone to that address. Aramex will forward the iPhone to you anywhere in the Middle East. I hope this helps.
