I have all the OSes in my purchase history (and thus can download them) except for Lion. Is there a way for me to purchase that, or make it accessible in my purchase history so I can download it?

You can still purchase Lion from Apple (it is downloaded after purchase):

You're welcome. Yeah, you think it would be free. I remember when a Apple OS was over $100 when they shipped on multiple CD/DVDs. If your Mac was shipped with the Lion OS, then you could reinstall it with internet recovery, but then you would still not have the OS in your purchase history. It does seem strange, but that is the way Apple does it.Interesting! Thanks! I couldn't find it using the App store. Edit: You may already be aware, but you will only be able to download Lion on a computer that will be able to run it.

So that's the situation I was in. My MacBook Air shipped with Snow Leopard, but then got a FW upgrade that allowed for internet recovery (which is Lion) but I skipped Lion and never purchased it, so I don't have a built-in method of recovery... Very odd.
It appears they are sticking to the original pricing policy that applied when each version was released. Lion did cost $20 from the git-go, so it still does. The first free version was Mavericks.
