Is there a way to see a better battery statistic?

The graphs on the MacOS battery info screen are very unclear, is there a way so see more details, like the exact amount I was using the macbook an how long it was idle?

My advice is to not obsess with battery life. Use the notebook how you wish and charge it when it's dead. Some folks on these forums go out of there way to "monitor" their battery life for no apparent reason.

There are paid tools too...though I don't see a real need.
