Is there a way to stop apps rotating?

So I upgraded my iphone 5s to a iphone 7 plus.

But now the apps rotate on the screen whenever the phone is being moved about and I'm finding it really annoying.

Is there a way to turn this off?

P.s. I don't want to lock orientation. Just stop the apps from doing round abouts all the time.
