hi guys,

i have iPhone 7 with iOS 10.0.1
As we all know it can take RAW Images.
I have the Adobe lightroom app on my phone and took several pictures in DNG.

However, I dont like editing them on this little screen, I want them on my pc where I have camera RAW.
Is there a way to do this?
I have a windows 10 pc, not a mac.

If you have them in LR Mobile, they may sync to the PC version of the app automatically. I know it works the other way but only as editable "ghosts" not the full image.

Wait for other software to start supporting RAW, I'm sure most camera apps will update to support within next month or two.

Unfortunately Lightroom Mobile keeps DNGs in its own library and when you export, you only get JPGs. The only way you'd be able to get the DNGs is by syncing via Creative Cloud.

I switched to an app called Manual https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/manual-raw-custom-exposure/id917146276?mt=8 which allows taking photos in either DNG or DNG+JPEG. It also saves the DNG to the camera roll so I can download the DNG via iCloud.com or importing via USB.

I've not seen Manual before. Thanks for the link.

Question on Manual. I have it now and I I changed the setting to Save RAW + JPEG; however, in the camera roll there's just one image which I assume is the JPG one. I am trying to extract the RAW one into a PC... I plugged the lightning cable but in Windows, it only shows a folder called \Apple iPhone\Internal Storage\ but nothing is in there...

any help would be appreciated..... Thanks!!

That doesn't sound right. I see two images in camera roll when I use RAW+JPEG. The RAW is obvious because it shows up as a very low resolution photo on iOS Photos app.
